ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Under rare circumstances, refunds may be granted if Plug 2 Plug Store assumes responsibility for a product's deficiency.

Exchanges
To ensure you receive your desired item quickly, please return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take 7-10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
