ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, under rare circumstances, refunds may be considered if Plug 2 Plug Store is responsible for a product’s deficiency.

For quicker processing, please return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
